Devan Skaggs is a producer, songwriter, mixer and multi-instrumentalist with an emphasis on the guitar. From 2005 - 2020 Devan toured the world with artists such as Taylor Swift, Tim McGraw, Lifehouse, Shawn Colvin, A Perfect Circle and others.

In 2020 - in part due to the pandemic - Devan stopped touring and has been primarily focused on producing emerging artists such as his wife, Victoria Bigelow who he performs with regularly. Other credits include RÓISIN, Alex Dunaway, Alex Krimm, his electronic side project Hemser, and providing music for the short film ‘Party Animal’ directed by Bryce Adam Brown. His first solo record is due for release summer of 2025.
